REVIEW: ipiccy

How they describe themselves:  iPiccy.com is a free, completely web-based photo editing and sharing application to give users everywhere the ability to quickly and easily edit, enhance and share their photos from any Internet browser.

Rating: Is it just me or is a rebadged Picnik without the collage feature?  It has nearly all of the photo editing tools that I use in picnic.

Photo Effects	Yes	Interesting – rain drops, emboss, explosion, sepia, 3D button, zoom blur, sharpen, etc. Be sure to select ‘Effects Browser’ for the preview and to alter the settings.
Stickers	no	There are multiple plugins available to download, stickers does not seem to be available.
Sharpen	Yes	It was automated and over did the effect. Using the mouse I was able to select just the front beanie to sharpen (which was okay). Later I found the customisable settings for sharpen under Effects.
Resize	Yes	Done via pixels, cm or percentage. Ability to change DPI. Some standard dimensions also offered.

I like the option to select a photo from Photoshop and the fact that it was fast.  I also liked the the paint option and it has some great effects.
